GIOS (Gastrointestinal Oncology Standards)

The Gastrointestinal Oncology Standards (GIOS) were first published in 2023 and are updated annually to reflect the circumstances in Switzerland. The aim is to establish uniform GI guidelines throughout Switzerland that serve as a practical reference work in everyday medical practice. Our GIOS stand out from other guidelines due to their schematic presentation, which makes them much easier to use in practice.
